Drawings of formwork

If you are implementing an investment that requires precision and technical accuracy, you need documentation that leaves no room for speculation. CADX creates formwork drawings that form a solid foundation for every stage of construction. Our developments are created in close cooperation with the investor and designer, so that you can be sure that every detail of the structure has been properly planned and presented in a clear manner for the contractor. CADX is a partner that combines engineering knowledge with a practical approach to construction implementation, providing documentation that translates into real quality of work.

Precise formwork documentation CADX

Formwork drawings prepared by CADX are an integral part of the executive documentation of every concrete and reinforced concrete structure. It is they that determine the geometry, dimensions and arrangement of elements, forming the basis for proper formwork and concreting. The documentation is created on the basis of architectural plans and static calculations, and its purpose is to faithfully reflect the project in the construction reality. Every drawing developed by the CADX team contains precise information about edges, working breaks, penetrations, recesses or built-in elements, thanks to which the contractor receives a complete image of the structure before starting work.

The process of creating formwork drawings

CADX specialists create formwork plans based on the latest CAD tools, which allows for exceptional accuracy and readability of the developments. In the design process, all technical data is taken into account - from the arrangement of supports and reinforcement to the location of installations that need to be installed before pouring concrete. Every formwork drawing is subject to verification in terms of compliance with building standards, as well as consultations with the investor and architect. Such prepared documentation guarantees consistency between the project and its implementation, minimizing the risk of errors and delays on the construction site.

CADX as a partner in the implementation of investments

CADX provides formwork drawings that are not only technical documentation but also a key tool for communication between the designer and the contractor. What elements does a good formwork drawing consist of?

1

The formwork plan should contain clear information about the element to be made, such as floor plans, cross-sections, views and details.

2

The plan should include exact dimensions of the formwork elements, so that they can be properly executed. This includes the length, width, height and any inclinations or angles of the element.

3

If the element requires recesses or openings for pipes, cables or other installations, they should be specified in the formwork plan. It should be clear where and how such elements must be integrated with the formwork.

4

The formwork plan should also include a concreting sequence, which determines the order and sections in which the concrete is to be poured. This can be particularly important for large or complex objects.

5

If there are special requirements or special instructions to be followed during formwork operations, they should be noted in the plan. These may include special surface finishes, boundary conditions or quality assurance measures.
